Agreement to these terms
By creating an account or using Milson, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be legally able to agree to these terms in your location. Milson is designed for adults caring for children, not for children to create or operate accounts on their own.
What Milson provides
Milson helps parents and caregivers record and share baby care information, including feeds, sleep, diapers, meals, medicine, temperature, growth, notes, and related events. Features may change as the service improves.
Health and safety
Do not rely on Milson to detect an emergency, deliver a medication reminder, or determine whether a child needs medical care. In an emergency, contact local emergency services. For health questions, contact a qualified healthcare professional.
You are responsible for checking the accuracy of information you enter and for making care decisions independently of the service.
Accounts and shared families
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
If Milson makes shared family access available to you, information in that family may be visible to other members. Only share access with people you trust, and only create or join a family when you are authorized to manage the child information it contains.
You can delete your account in Settings. If other active members remain in a shared family, deleting your account removes your membership but does not delete the family record they continue to use. See our deletion instructions and Privacy Policy for details.
Your content
You retain ownership of the information you enter in Milson. You give Milson permission to host, process, transmit, and display that information only as needed to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the service.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to enter and share the information you provide, including information about children and other family members.
Acceptable use
You may not:
- Use Milson for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
- Access another person’s account or family without authorization.
- Interfere with the security, availability, or operation of the service.
- Attempt to bypass access controls or probe the service for vulnerabilities without permission.
- Upload malicious code or use automated access in a way that burdens the service.
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, or preserve the service.
Availability, changes, and termination
We work to keep Milson reliable, but the service may occasionally be unavailable or contain errors. We may add, change, or remove features and may discontinue the service. Where appropriate, we will provide notice of material changes.
You may stop using Milson at any time and can delete your account from Settings. Provisions that by their nature should continue—such as ownership, disclaimers, and limits of responsibility—remain in effect after use ends.
Third-party services
Milson relies on third-party services for functions such as sign-in, sync, email delivery, infrastructure, and distribution. Their own terms and privacy practices may also apply when you use them.
Disclaimers and limits
To the extent permitted by law, Milson is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, complete accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, Milson will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses resulting from reliance on recorded information, service interruption, unauthorized access, or loss of data. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so these limits may not apply to you.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Milson changes. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide notice where appropriate. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them.
