Reset your password

  1. Open Milson and choose Forgot Password? on the sign-in screen.
  2. Enter the email address used for your Milson account.
  3. Check your email for a six-digit reset code.
  4. Return to Milson, enter the code, and choose a new password.

To return to Milson, use the reset password page.

Sign in with Apple and Google accounts normally use their provider to sign in and may not have a Milson password to reset.

Delete your Milson account

You can delete your account directly in the app:

  1. Open Milson.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm the deletion prompts.

Deleting your account removes your Milson account and signs you out. If you are the only member of a family, Milson deletes that family, its child profiles, and associated care logs. If other active family members remain, Milson removes your membership and keeps the shared family available to them.

Some information may remain temporarily in backups, security logs, or records Milson is legally required to keep. See the Privacy Policy for more detail.

If you cannot access the app, email support@milson.app from the address associated with your account. We may need to verify your identity before helping with an account request.

Shared families and sign-in accounts

Why does shared family data remain after I delete my account?

Care records belong to the shared family. When other active caregivers remain, your account and membership are removed while their family record stays available to them.

Will Apple, Google, and email sign-in always combine?

Providers can belong to the same Milson account when they return the same verified email address. If a provider does not share an email—for example, in some Sign in with Apple cases—it may create a separate account rather than guessing that two identities belong to one person.

Privacy and data requests

For privacy questions or requests, email support@milson.app. Include the account email and a description of your request, but do not send passwords, reset codes, or sensitive care notes.
